When you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share in your message. When you become a client, we may also process information needed to manage your Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, or social media accounts on your behalf — always with your explicit authorization via OAuth or shared account access.
Client data is used solely to deliver the services you've engaged us for: setting up and managing campaigns, generating reports, and communicating with you. We do not sell or share client data with third parties, except for the specific platform APIs needed to do the work (Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, etc.).
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not allow humans to read it (except for client support, with consent), and do not transfer it to third parties.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing florian@hello-friend.io. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Client data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax/accounting reasons (Dutch tax law). Contact form messages from non-clients are deleted within 12 months.
Services are delivered based on a written quote you accept by email. Setup projects are fixed-scope and fixed-price; monthly management is month-to-month with no notice period required for cancellation.
Setup projects: 50% on engagement, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers: invoiced on the 1st of each month, payable within 14 days. Late payments may pause active work.
For ongoing management, you grant access to your Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, or social media accounts via standard OAuth flows or as a linked manager account. Access can be revoked by you at any time.
We exercise reasonable professional judgement but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, conversion rates, ROAS). Liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
